This newly built home on the western shore of Seymour Lake in Morgan, VT is ready for you and your family to enjoy any time of the year. Property has been in the family since the 1950’s. Snowmobiling, ice fishing or open-water fishing, boating, swimming or just plain relaxing are great reasons to visit us in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. Sleep 7-8 comfortably in 4 private bedrooms (1 Full, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, and a Daybed with pull out trundle). There are 2 full baths, downstairs with a shower stall and upstairs with a full tub. All linens are provided for all rooms and bathrooms plus beach towels.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware and plasticware, cookware and bakeware, coffee maker with K-cups and tea, microwave, stovetop and oven. Cupboards have spices, sauces, marinades and some snacks. The refrigerator has your usual condiments.

The front room has a 108in long table that you can sit at and stare at the lake for hours or watch the 32in Smart TV. We have Wi-Fi, and a landline for emergencies.

Cabinet upstairs has games, coloring books, puzzles, and books for your family’s enjoyment.

The property lot (1/8 acre) is small with a parking space to fit 2 vehicles. No parties are allowed.

We are minutes from the snowmobile trails (Vermont VAST trail), and the lake is less than 20 feet away. The boat launch is on the opposite side of the lake (10 min drive). Willoughby State Forest (25 min drive) for hiking, Burke Mountain area or Jay Peak (1 hr. drive each) are available for skiing, bike riding or hiking.
