Introduction to SLA Survey
In 2022, SLA decided to survey our membership. Our goal was to ensure that our all-volunteer Board of Directors and Committees were addressing the preferences and needs of our members. The two most significant results were peoples’ high praise and accolades for SLA’s work; and that water quality and protecting our lake’s ecosystem by far are the most important work done by SLA volunteers.
We were grateful to receive an unusually high response to the survey … over 72%. Please take a minute to review the results. Many of the anonymous comments generally related to wake boats, the greeter program, fishing, and frustrations with the boat access.
