The retreat includes a spacious main house and a cozy guest cottage, set 150 feet apart with a large lawn in between. The main house, originally built in 1952 and thoughtfully updated over the years, offers 3 inviting bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, a dining area with seating for 8-10, and a grand granite fireplace for cozying up on cooler days. For your comfort, the home is equipped with baseboard electric heating, a TV in the living room, and Wi-Fi throughout. Step outside to enjoy the private lakeside dock, perfect for relaxing and taking in the views of Lake Seymour’s pristine, clear waters. A canoe, paddles, and life vests are provided for your use, or bring your own boat and take advantage of the nearby public boat launch.

The charming guest cottage offers added privacy, featuring 2 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. One bedroom has two twin beds and a bathroom with a shower/tub, while the second bedroom has a queen bed and a bathroom with a shower. A wood-burning stove creates a rustic, cozy atmosphere in the cottage, enhancing your lakeside retreat experience.

Both the main house and guest cottage feature lakeside porches—ideal spots for enjoying
stunning views of the lake and surrounding nature. Bed and bath linens are provided, and a
full laundry room with a sink, washer, and dryer are available in the main house for your
convenience. Bathrooms also include hair dryers for your comfort.
