Amenities include 400′ of private lakefront with 60′ shallow water perfect for families with children, parking on premises next to the cabin, 32’ dock, fire pit at lakeside, use of a canoe, kayaks, inflatable fishing boat and peddle boat, BBQ, completely equipped kitchen and bath, linens and towels provided and internet/wifi.
A babbling brook which feeds the lake runs next to the cabin and is perfect for fishing or launching small water vessels. Sleeps 4 comfortably with one full size bed and two singles. Openings in late July-Sept. Property is available for 7 night / 8 day rentals ($1250) or 3-5 night / 4-6 day rentals ($185 a night). Lower rates available for multiple week rentals. No pets and no smoking on premises. Rental fees paid in full prior to occupancy. Security deposit may be required. VT Dept. of Taxes License# 0039.
