Quiet, Vacation Get Away Cottage located on pristine Seymour Lake. Sleeps 4 comfortably with one full size bed and two singles, perfect for couples or small families. Amenities include 400′ of private lakefront with 60′ shallow water in front of cottage, perfect for families with children.  Parking on premises next to the cabin, 32’ dock, fire pit at lakeside, use of a canoe, kayaks, inflatable fishing boat, pedal boat, BBQ, various lawn games and flotation devices. Completely equipped kitchen and bath, linens and towels provided along with Roku TV and internet/wifi. A babbling brook which feeds the lake runs next to the cabin and is perfect for fishing or launching small water vessels. Openings left for mid-June and all of Sept. Rates are between $190-$220 a night depending on length of stay. Rates include all taxes and fees. No pets and no smoking in building. Rental fees paid in full prior to occupancy. Security deposit may be required. VT Dept. of Taxes License# 0039.
